The sign-in process couldn't display security and sign-in options when ctrl+alt+delete was pressed. My pc was working fine this morning but then all the sudden started running extremely slow and was struggling to even get 5kbps download speed on a 20mbps internet connection, I restarted my computer and then when I got to the desktop, everything was worse.
